Once upon a time in Paoli, magic happened... ZBest Limo & Telegram Services was born. Tornadoes sparked our whimsical world and travled thru time. Costumes transport us through eras: vintage, Roaring 20s flapper girls 50s and 90s grunge rebels, as well as copyright friendly characters ...and MANY more coming soon! Luxury limos deliver surprise telegrams, birthday shocks, and romantic proposals –
